I love helping others participate in and enjoy physical activity as much as I do. Whether it be a 2 year old or a 60 year old, the benefits of being involved in regular activity are enormous! As a Mum of 2 little girls, I understand about time restraints and making the most of precious ‘me’ time. All sessions I run for my clients are designed to be as effective as possible and at the same time fun and enjoyable. I want you to walk away from each session sweaty, but with a smile! I have worked in the fitness industry in gyms and personal training for over 10 years as well as teaching Physical Education for 5 years and running specialised kids fitness and sports coaching programs. I believe the youth of today need additional outlets to develop important movement skills and get their bodies active to set them up for a positive healthy life.
