As a valued member of the ’3E Fitness Family’ you not only get unlimited weekly training sessions, we also provide for you private check-in session every 6 weeks to weigh in, client goal setting and accountability and fitness testing to track your progress!

Additional to all that you also have access to the members section of this site which includes:
  • Your own private tracking page with personal stats on your weight, body fat percentage and measurements.
  • Information and Advice on all things Training, Exercise and Nutrition
  • Additional training sessions that you can do at home on the days you can’t make it into your session
  • Recipes and healthy eating plans and tips
  • Access to all our PDF printouts for your Goal Setting, Food Diary, Training Plans, At Home Sessions, and all our Challenges and Program handouts throughout the year.
