We are all parents and fitness enthusiasts ourselves and use our own passion for health and fitness to help guide and motivate our clients. Together we have close to 50 years of accumulated experience in the fitness industry!

I love helping others participate in and enjoy physical activity as much as I do. Whether it be a 2 year old or a 60 year old, the benefits of being involved in regular activity are enormous! As a Mum of 2 little girls, I understand about time restraints and making the most of precious ‘me’ time. All sessions I run for my clients are designed to be as effective as possible and at the same time fun and enjoyable. I want you to walk away from each session sweaty, but with a smile! I have worked in the fitness industry in gyms and personal training for over 10 years as well as teaching Physical Education for 5 years and running specialised kids fitness and sports coaching programs. I believe the youth of today need additional outlets to develop important movement skills and get their bodies active to set them up for a positive healthy life.



I have been involved in sport my whole life and my passion for health and fitness is what attracted me to Personal Training. It is the perfect outlet to share this passion with others who are looking to make positive changes to their current lifestyles. I believe Personal Training should be something that is fun, challenging and also very rewarding to those who are willing to commit and work alongside me towards their individual goals. I have very good understanding of how to get the best out of my clients and through my knowledge I help them commit to making lifelong positive changes in exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.



I have a passion for training and in particular long distance running. I have worked in the fitness industry for many years and enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion with our clients. I fit in my training around my time with my husband and 3 children, I like to lead by example and have completed the Melbourne Marathon in 2013 and the Lorne Pier to Pub annually for the past 12 years. My knowledge experience is vast and includes Kettlebell Level 2, Thump Boxing and Functional training. I enjoy setting challenges for my clients and helping them push to achieve



I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Thump Boxing Instructor, and Mother to 3 beautiful children. With a strong commitment and dedication to health and fitness, I have over 8 years experience as a group exercise leader and personal trainer. I have a specialisation in pre and post-natal exercise and I feel passionate about helping pregnant and postnatal women as I can offer them advice on how to train effectively and safely during this challenging time of their lives. For my clients I aim to promote functional fitness; this means being able to do the things you want to do, without fear of injury, fatigue or lack of flexibility and provide a fun, caring and safe environment for you to successfully enhance your health, fitness and self-confidence.



My Goal is to achieve my long term dream of teaching others the benefits of being fit and healthy so that life quality is improved physically and emotionally. I enjoy training others by making it fun and developing a great professional and personal rapport with my clients, with lots of laughs along the way. Making time for yourself is the best decision you can make for your own well being, as well as the impact it has on your family and friends as they see you making important life changes through fitness.
